Chili Cheese Burger

 

Ingredients

2 c leftover chili
1 t coconut oil
1 pk Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burgers
cheese of your choice (we used Daiya Cheddar Shreds)
1 jalapeno (sliced thinly)
2 buns of your choice

 

Preparation

Heat up your chili in a pot on the stove. We used our Veggie Chili leftovers. While the chili is heating up prepare the Hilary's Eat Well World's Best Veggie Burgers. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a small sauté pan and add frozen burgers. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Once the burgers are done and the chili is heated, you can begin to assemble the Chili Cheese Burgers. Place the World's Best Veggie Burger on a bun and top with desired amount of chili. Then top with cheese, sliced jalapenos, and top bun. Enjoy!
