Harissa Burger

Harissa Burger



1⁄2 c vegan mayonnaise
1 T harissa paste
2 pk Hilary's Black Rice Burgers
1/2 c microgreens
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 buns of your choice



Mix vegan mayonnaise and harissa paste together in a small bowl and set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saucepan. Cook Hilary's Black Rice Burgers on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Begin assembling the burger by spreading the harissa mayo on each bun. Next add the cooked Black Rice burger, microgreens, and sliced cucumbers. Lastly, top each with a bun. Eat up!
