1 pk Hilary's Hemp & Greens Burger
2 Siete Cassava & Chia Tortillas
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
Sir Kensington's Yellow Mustard
1/4 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 c cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 avocado, small diced
Prepare the Hilary's Hemp & Greens Burger as per package instructions.
While the burger is cooking, you can begin assembling the wrap. Place the tortillas on plates and top with the spinach. Once the burgers are done, cut them in half and place on top of the spinach. Next, squeeze as much yellow mustard on as you like. Lastly, top with the red bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
