HLT (Hilary's Lettuce + Tomatoes)

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread
  • 1 Hilary’s Root Veggie Burger
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo 
  • Half of an avocado 
  • 2 slices tomato 
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Grill burger as directed on box, toast bun, assemble, and enjoy!

  2. Order of assembly: Bread, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Lettuce, Hilary’s Root Veggie Burger, Avocado, & top bread
