Mushroom Burger

Mushroom Burger



2 T + 1 t extra virgin olive oil
1 c cremini mushrooms, sliced
1⁄4 c onions, diced
1 t fresh rosemary, chopped
1 pk Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burgers
Hilary's Creamy Remoulade Dressing
2 T sundried tomatoes, sliced
lettuce greens
2 buns of your choice



Heat saute pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and onions and cook until tender or about 5 minutes. Add fresh rosemary and cook for an additional minute. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burgers on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. To assemble burgers, place Hilary's Remoulade Dressing on each bun. Top with lettuce greens, cooked burger, sliced sundried tomatoes, cooked mushroom and onion mixture, and more Hilary's Remoulade Dressing. Finish with the bun and devour!
