- 4 Hilary’s Grain-Free Super Cauliflower Burger
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 4 gluten-free hamburger buns
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup vegan gravy
- 2 cups vegan stuffing
Melt vegan butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. When it reaches a boil, stir in the vegan stuffing mix until it’s evenly combined and moistened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Season both sides of Hilary’s Super Cauliflower with dried sage, thyme and salt and pepper, to taste. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add to the pan and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the burger is cooked through. Remove from pan.
Assemble the burgers. Place the cooked Hilary’s burgers on the bottom halves of the gluten-free hamburger buns. Scoop vegan stuffing and cranberries onto each burger then drizzle with vegan gravy. Enjoy!
