Tortilla Pizza

Makes 1 pizza


1 Hilary’s Apple Maple Veggie Sausage

I teaspoon olive oil

¼ cup red onion, diced

¼ cup zucchini, sliced then cut in half

¼ cup yellow bell pepper, diced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tortilla

¼-½ cup pizza sauce fresh basil, sliced for garnish



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook the Hilary’s Apple Maple Veggie Sausage as per package instructions. Chop and set aside.

Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Then, add the onion, zucchini, pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.

Next, place the tortilla on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce. Then, add the crumbled sausage and cooked vegetables. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the tortilla turns golden brown and crispy.

Cut into slices and top with fresh basil.
