8 Hilary's Original Veggie Bites
2 Udi's Gluten Free Classic Hot Dog Buns
1/2 c tomato basil pasta sauce
1/4 c Daiya mozzarella style shreds
4 T fresh basil, chopped
Cook Hilary's Original Veggie Bites according to package directions. While they are cooking, heat pasta sauce and toast the hot dog buns. When the bites are hot, remove them from the oven and assemble sandwich by placing 4 bites on toasted bun, top with sauce and cheese, then melt in the oven until bubbly. Sprinkle fresh chopped basil on top and enjoy. Yum!
