Veggie Burger Wonton
2 Hilary’s Black Rice Veggie Burgers
10 gluten-free wonton wrappers
1 tbsp oil of your choice
⅓ cup vegan cheddar cheese
⅓ cup mushrooms, chopped
⅓ cup onion, chopped
- Cook Hilary’s Veggie Burger according to the box.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until pan is hot and oil is shimmering. Then add mushrooms and sauté for 7 minutes.
- Add chopped patties and cheese and mix well.
- Roll the mixture onto wonton wrappers and pinch the sides well to close.
- In another pan, fry wontons until golden.
- Serve with your choice of sauce and enjoy!
