Veggie Burger Wonton 


2 Hilary’s Black Rice Veggie Burgers 

10 gluten-free wonton wrappers

1 tbsp oil of your choice 

⅓ cup vegan cheddar cheese 

⅓ cup mushrooms, chopped

⅓ cup onion, chopped


  1. Cook Hilary’s Veggie Burger according to the box. 
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until pan is hot and oil is shimmering. Then add mushrooms and sauté for 7 minutes.  
  3. Add chopped patties and cheese and mix well. 
  1. Roll the mixture onto wonton wrappers and pinch the sides well to close. 
  2. In another pan, fry wontons until golden. 
  3. Serve with your choice of sauce and enjoy!
