Veggie 'Gyro' Bowl

Ingredients:
1 Hilary’s World’s Best Veggie Burger
1 ½ cups gluten-free rice
2 slices of lemon
1 cup lettuce, chopped
¼ cup vegan feta cheese
¾ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
¼ pickled onions
¼ cup chickpeas
¼ cup cucumbers
Instructions:
- Grill burger as directed on box.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients together and mix well.
