The Southwest Adzuki Bean Burger bakes up nice and crispy in the toaster oven in minutes. I like to eat mine with a smashed avocado on it, add in some raw plants and you have a yummy delicious easy, simple, colorful, healthy meal. That's what I'm having tonight!

 I LOVE this burger. I could eat it every day. And I probably will for the next week. I just had a spring mix and spinach salad with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and put the burger on top. It was better than anything I’ve had in quite some time!
