First of all, I'm not vegan, I'm definitely a meat eater but these were on sale and I'm always looking to slide in a healthier option in. I thought these were delicious. I put small amount of olive oil in a non stick pan. Cooked as stated, 6 minutes on each side. I did add cheese, I'm a fan!!
I've tried many, many veggie and vegan burgers. I wanted a vegan burger that had no egg in it as some of the veggie burgers do. I was very pleased with Hilary's Organic World's Best Vegan Burgers! Put a little oil on the pan and bake in a toaster oven. You can flip them over with no problem and they are not mushy inside! The really are the best I have had!

My husband and I have tried a lot of different veggie burgers and these are by far our favorite. We stick them in the oven, flip them once and after 15 minutes they come out perfect. I always feel like I am indulging when we make these. We load our buns with lots of veggies and then add the Hilary's patty and it becomes our favorite meal!
I am seriously in love with these apple maple sausage patties, and let me tell you I've practically tried every brand out there. They are so full of flavor, and get a light crispness on the outside when cooked on a skillet. I want to eat the whole box they're that good! I am thinking about using them to stuff inside a biscuit. I wish there were burgers made with this flavor profile too. I've been raving about these to friends and family too. Thank you for getting it right!
