Veggie Burger with Gochujang Sauce

 

Ingredients

1 pk Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burgers
1/4 cup soy-free vegan mayonnaise
2 T ketchup
2 t gochujang sauce
lettuce or greens
pickle slices
1/2 c red cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 buns of your choice

 

Preparation

Prepare the Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burger as per package instructions. While they are cooking mix the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and gochujang sauce. Set aside. Place the lettuce on the bottom bun followed by the Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burger. Next, place the pickles, red cabbage, and carrots in that order. Drizzle with the sauce mixture and top with the bun.
