It all started in a restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas, where customers started calling our founder’s house-made veggie burger “The World’s Best”. As a food-allergy sufferer, Hilary knew first-hand how difficult it could be to find healthy, convenient foods, free from common food allergens and artificial ingredients. She wanted to create a great-tasting, go-to product for all kinds of eaters. The name stuck, and today, at Hilary's, we believe tasty, plant-powered nourishment can be a gate- way to pure joy. Whether you're looking to pack your diet with plant-based, whole food nutrition, or living free from one or more food allergens, our craveable foods will help you make meals that are free from compromise.
